SUMMARY:Christmas with crayons and smiles
DESCRIPTION:Getting presents on Christmas is a dream for every child\, Jitender Foundation is trying hard to make those dreams come true by doing little somethings\, being kind\, and spending time with these little guys. Our volunteer provided colouring books\, crayons\, and Santa hats to these kids\, and became their Santa This Christmas. For them\, this Christmas will always be a special one brimming with happy memories. Hence\, Jitender Foundation will keep pursuing this path and carry out more acts like these to keep sparkle in their eyes.

After each hour of work\, take a break or change tasks for at least 5 minutes. Always try to get away from your desk during lunch breaks.\nAvoid eye fatigue by resting and refocusing your eyes periodically. Look away from the monitor and focus on something in the distance. Follow the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes\, look approximately 20 feet away for 20 seconds.\nUse correct posture when working. Keep moving as much as possible throughout the day.\nTake stretch breaks\, especially after prolonged sitting and typing.

DESCRIPTION:EXPERTISE IN:  \nYoga for Women | Kids Yoga | Hatha Yoga | Yoga for working professionals | Chair Yoga | Gentle Yoga | Pranayama | Vinyasa Krama | Yoga for stress relief \nCONTEXT:  \nThe 30 minutes session by Deepti will be based on queries and comments accumulated from Jfoundationcares social media handles about stress and how to overcome it with yoga. \nYOGA: \nYoga is a discipline based on an extremely subtle science\, which focuses on bringing harmony between mind and body. It is an art and science of healthy living. Yoga leads to a perfect harmony between mind and body\, man and nature\, individual consciousness and universal consciousness. Yoga helps to build up psycho-physiological health\, emotional harmony; and manage daily stress and its consequences. \nBRIEFINGS FOR THE ONLINE SESSION: \nIn a live streamed secure session\, arrange your screen so that your teacher can see as much of you as possible and then you won’t have to keep moving the screen or adjusting yourself. You will probably need to be a minimum of 6 feet away from your device. Adjust your lighting so that your teacher can see you clearly and you can avoid screen glare\, silhouetting and shadows. \nYou may prefer to turn your video off whilst you practice and this is down to personal preference. Obviously with your video stream off\, the teacher will not be able to see you. \nYour teacher will let you know in advance what equipment you will need; make sure you have everything ready beforehand. This includes any props (e.g. blocks\, belts\, blankets\, cushions) notebook and pen/pencil and water. \nDress as you would if you were attending a face to face yoga class. This will eliminate the possibility of any embarrassing wardrobe malfunctions!  \nMake sure you have plenty of room to move your arms and legs and that the space around you is clear and safe. \n  \nCERTIFICATES:  \nCertification will be provided to those who attend the session signed by yoga expert Deepti.  \n  \nABOUT DEEPTI \nDeepti follows Yoga as a Way of Life. She has been influenced by the teachings of Sage Patanjali\, Swami Shivananda\, BKS Iyenger and Shri T Krishnamacharya. She is passionate about helping others discover the beautiful benefits of yoga. She is dedicated to creating a nurturing and safe environment for everyone to embark on a personal inward journey of exploration of the body\, mind and breath and to provide support in attaining enhanced flexibility\, strength\, balance\, body alignment\, stress management and improving self confidence. She has had her training/certifications in Hatha Yoga (International Sivananda and Vedanta Center)\, Naturopathy and Yoga Therapy (Akhil Bhartiya Prakritik Chikitsa Kendra)\, Pre- Post Natal Yoga (Women’s Health and Research Foundation)\, Mastering Mind and Emotions (SVYASA). She holds various certifications in Pranic Healing\, Naturopathy\, Sujok\, Cupping and Auricular Therapy.
